This Zap runs monthly by default, though you can choose to receive it weekly, daily, or hourly. It's configured to retrieve the progress data for a selected Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in TargetBoard. It then assesses whether this progress aligns with your planned objectives and, based on this evaluation, sends out a Gmail alert with the relevant information.
