Triggers when a user clocks in (punches in) to start a shift.

Send a private message (DM) to a specified user within Connecteam's chat app, with the sender field set as a custom publisher. Ensure at least one custom publisher is defined in your account. If a conversation between the custom publisher and the selected user already exists, it will send the message to the same conversation, if not, it will create a new conversation.

Find a team or channel chat conversation by its name (title). If the name contains emojis, they will be ignored.
