Send ClickSend SMS messages from new AgencyBloc activities

Targeted messages are one of the best ways to communicate with your contacts. Send targeted campaigns via ClickSend SMS. When you create an activity with a specific subject line (i.e. AEP) in AgencyBloc, that specific individual will be sent a text message via ClickSend. You can create the activities manually in AgencyBloc or use Automated Workflow in AgencyBloc to automate the process (i.e. when an individual’s status is updated to a specific item, it generates an activity with the subject line “AEP,” which then triggers the Zapier template.)
