David built a Zap to take a daily .csv file from an email attachment, append the data to a master file, then send it to our CRM. I tried to do this, however struggled to make it work correctly. After a short call with David and a couple of emails about the mappings, he was able to build exactly what we needed efficiently and provided a video with how the zap works for our reference. Will definitely hire again!

We are a small law firm and wanted to use Zapier to automate the process of transferring information from a Google Sheet to Clio Manage (CMS). We thought we could create the Zap ourselves and did, but it kept failing to match the correct client record. MercOlogy was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In addition, he suggested a change that would save us zaps!
