Create responses in Delighted from new Google Sheets rows
This workflow will trigger following a new spreadsheet row in Google Sheets. Once a new row is created, this automation searches for an active person in Delighted (creating one if they don't exist). The automation will then create a new response in Delighted based on the data captured in Google Sheets.

Otherwise, use our "Send Email Survey" or "Send SMS Survey" Actions to dispatch a survey. Adding responses requires a person ID and score at minimum.
